A specialty from the Ligurian Riviera, Pizzata Ligure features a soft olive oil dough topped with creamy Crescenza cheese and Taggiasca olives ā one of Italyās most prized varieties. The anchovies, capers, and Sicilian oregano complete a perfectly balanced flavor profile, rooted in authentic Italian tradition. Available in two versions: classic, and with red pesto sauce for a bolder finish.
